Kindercentrum De Groeitrap would like to help you get to know yourself and your character trait of high sensitivity better. We understand that it is not always easy to deal in a good way with the amount of stimuli that comes in. As a result, you can sometimes experience your high sensitivity as a burden. By going on a journey together and discovering what your 'triggers' are, we will ensure that your high sensitivity becomes a part of yourself that you can truly be proud of!

During the intake interview we try to get as broad a picture as possible of your situation and the difficulties you are currently struggling with. What brings you to us? We ensure that we get a clear view of your request for help.
During the coaching sessions there is room for your story and feelings, where acknowledgement and recognition are central. We use different techniques: experience-oriented exercises, cognitive & behavioral exercises, conversation and creative methods.
The aim of the sessions is to help you transform your high sensitivity into a gift, so that you can regain your own power.
